Art Class Sketch Stirring Controversy

Los Angeles (myFOXla.com) - A sketch in an art class is stirring controversy at Los Angeles Trade Technical College. Some students say the sketch of an African-American dancer is racist.

come on, how could he not know? With a noose around his neck?... that would be offensive to anyone - especially black people, and the fact that the instructor is a court reporter only underscores that he should have known better, having been exposed to the lopsided "justice system". Surely other examples of "gesture" abound!
Funny how this has to be investigated, what is there to investigate? Action, reaction, consequence. Done deal. Or, what they really mean is investigate how they can come out smelling like a rose and not be liable.
